Press critic Katharine Shilcutt used a visit to the YelapaAgain pop-up to check in with chefs L.J. Wiley and Vincent Huynh. Wiley plans to feature some of the tacos from this week's menu on a taco truck he's calling Taco Nuts. Huynh is preparing to be chef de cuisine at Italian restaurant Coltivare.
