On his Facebook page, Las Vegas-based chef Bradley Ogden posted the breakfast, lunch and dinner menus for his upcoming Houston concept Funky Chicken. When it opens later this year on Heights Boulevard near Walmart, the restaurant will serve fried or roasted organic chicken and sides such as mac and cheese and mashed potatoes.
