MONTROSE— Underbelly is launching a series of dinners called the Vs. Dinner series. The dinner will always feature five courses with a competition theme such as a beer pairing vs. a wine pairing, a meat entrée vs. a vegetarian entrée, etc. The menu doubles as a ballot, allowing patrons to vote for the winner.
