This week the Leader Eater visits Italian restaurant D'Amico's Italian Market Cafe where he has the snapper amore . While he thought the fish was "superbly cooked," the topping of " crab, artichoke hearts, mushrooms and dill butter cream sauce .... could have used a smidge of additional flavor character with something like capers lightly interwoven into it."
