For this week's Burger Friday post, Chronicle critic Alison Cook visits Montrose restaurant Gratifi Kitchen & Bar. She awards the burger an A- based on "the clear, expansive beefiness of the hand-formed Angus patty" cooked to a requested medium rare. The only demerits are for a bun that "was aggravatingly hard to chew." [29-95]
