Montrose Belgian restaurant Jeannine's Bistro announced on its Facebook page this morning that it will close permanently. According to previous posts on Facebook, the restaurant, which had been open for four years, suffered from staffing issues; Jeannine's has been closed to customers since April 20. [Facebook]
