Syd Kearney writes about chef Rishi Singh's new creation coming soon to Boheme. The foie gras pizza will debut at Boheme on Monday, April 8th. Toppings include Mongolian oil, onions, arugula, and honey. Available for $33, it's meant to be an indulgence, although Kearney points out that there are plenty of other pizza options available.
