Fusion Taco Rumored to Be Going Brick & Mortar in Market Square

Sources tell Eater that former Branch Water Tavern chef David Grossman and fiancee Julia Sharaby may bring Fusion Taco to the space formerly occupied by Les Givral's Kahve in downtown's Market Square. When Grossman announced he was selling Branch Water, he said that finding a permanent location for Fusion Taco was one of his primary goals, and it sounds like it's close to being realized.

Although Sharaby launched Fusion Taco, Grossman said previously that he would help develop the menu for the permanent restaurant. We hear that the restaurant will be open no later than September 1.
