In this clip, food writer Amber Ambrose gets a behind the scenes look at tequila and taco bar El Gran Malo. Co-owner Steve Sharma shows off the restaurant's inventory of over 40 infused tequilas, then demonstrates how he makes one using fresh strawberries. Ambrose samples some ceviche and finishes off the segment with a shot. All in all a pretty solid day's work.
