After 35 years in business, Houston's location of the Palm steakhouse chain is currently closed for expansion and remodeling. When the restaurant reopens this summer with 100 additional seats, "the bar area will be expanded; new signage installed; waitstaff uniforms will be new; the menu will be tweaked with new items; lighting will be softer; and new décor and finishes all around."
