According to a press release issued yesterday, former Sage 400/Sushi Raku chef Adison Lee will open Kuu in the Gateway Memorial City complex this fall. "Kuu is Japanese for 'the art of eating,' and the idea that there truly is art in this cuisine is the basis for this restaurant," said Lee.
