Chronicle critic Alison Cook heartily endorses the three-course, $15 lunch at Mexican restaurant Cuchara. "And oh, the enchiladas that ensue at Cuchara's noon meal. I am beginning to think they are the best in the city: notably fresh-tasting and light on their feet, rolled and sauced and garnished to order, which gives them an interior Mexican (as opposed to Tex-Mex) demeanor."
