Wine writer Jeremy Parzen considers see-and-be-seen spot Brasserie 19 from the perspective of its "insane, crazy, nuts, cuckoo, mad, screw-loose, and just downright non compos mentis" wine prices, which are sometimes below retail. Although he struggles with an iPad wine list that was difficult to sort and showed several out-of-stock bottles, Parzen concludes that "I can only recommend the experience, especially for the extreme value of the wine list."
