Having taken a look at one Greasy Spoon's lunch rush, it seemed appropriate to send photographer Eric Sauseda to another restaurant for its late night service. Looking for a slightly different perspective, Sauseda went to House of Pies last night to capture the scene. While it was probably too early for true late night shenanigans, a three-quarters full dining room provided plenty of atmosphere.
