Fusion Taco previewed its upcoming brick and mortar space in downtown's Market Square at a preview dinner Wednesday. The menu, which has been modified from co-owner Julia Sharaby's truck by her fiancee, former Branch Water Tavern chef David Grossman, includes Chinese barbecue pork and beef short rib vindaloo.
