Here's Oxheart chef/owner Justin Yu plating his course called "Oysters and Turnips" at the Willows Inn's Second Annual First Harvest Dinner. The meal brings together some of America's best chefs, including three star Michelin recipients Grant Achatz of Chicago's Alinea and Christopher Kostow of California's The Restaurant at Meadowood for a $500, 18 course extravaganza. Chronicle critic Alison Cook attended the meal on Wednesday night and tweeted that "the 18 courses flowed, and the Lummi Island ingredients shone."
