St Arnold, having settled into a daily lunch rhythm, expanded its kitchen offerings this past weekend. Saturday tours will now provide a limited menu: Belgian frites w/aioli, bratwurst sandwiches topped with sauerkraut served on a Slow Dough Bread Co. pretzel bun, and hot Slow Dough pretzels. Presumably the house mustard is a beer mustard. No word on a beer cheese option.
With Cask Conditioned Ales also now available for sale at the brewery due to a long awaited state law change, a popular Saturday option is likely to see an increase in attendance.
