Pass & Provisions: No. 6 on America's Best New Restaurants List

After announcing Bon Appétit's fifty finalists for best new restaurants in America last week, Andrew Knowlton listed The Pass & Provisions at No. 6 on The Hot 10 list of the Best New Restaurants in America.

Knowlton says the "most awe-inspiring dish" this year is P&P's Ham and Eggs. He was fascinated by the restaurant's layout and says about formal dining area Pass: "A meal at the tasting-menu-only restaurant is playful, wildly inventive, and satisfying."

Los Angeles' Alma came in at No. 1, and Austin's Jeffrey's & Josephine House claimed the No. 8 spot.
