Houston Chronicle's Alison Cook unveils the plans behind Chris Cusack and Co.'s new restaurant, Hunky Dory.
After the successful launch of his Heights-area beer bar D&T Drive Inn, Cusack joined forces with Benjy Mason, the chef at his other spot Down House, and Richard Knight from recently shuttered Feast. The trio hope to have this restaurant open by fall of next year, and according to Cook, it looks to be a contemporary space designed by none other than Michael Hsu, the architect behind Uchi and Artisan's.
