My Table's Taylor Byrne-Dodge checks out former food truck and newly-opened shop Fusion Taco. She notes that the term "Fusion Cuisine" has been overly used lately, but that Fusion Taco does a nice job of combining different flavor profiles: "There is something, however, that blends very nicely between certain Asian foods and tacos.
