Swamplot reports that a building at Sul Ross and Audley St. is being renovated, likely for a new restaurant called the Audley Street Cafe. While details are still fuzzy, it appears that there's a permit for repairs. There have been several prospective restaurant openings in the Upper Kirby area, with Trenza opening next door to Pondicheri on October 5 and 60 Degrees Mastercrafted also coming this fall.
