New Shots Inside Fielding's Wood Grill, Opening in Sept.

Big breakfasts are more American than baseball and apple pie—at least that seems to be the mantra at forthcoming Fielding's Wood Grill in The Woodlands. The restaurant decided that their grand opening will be this September 4 at 6:30 a.m. with what the owner promises will be a "twist" on breakfast and new-age American offerings.

The 3500-square-foot space is almost ready to start serving up burgers, craft beer, rotisserie chicken, house-cured bacon and "adult" milkshakes. Kitchen installation is already underway at 1699 Research Forest Drive, and the owners, former Hubbell & Hudson partners Cary Attar and Edel Goncalves, are still hiring in most positions.
