Two New Midtown Bars Coming This Fall

Houston real estate blog Swamplot reports that Bremond Street Grill will open at the spot formerly occupied by El Xuco Xicana at 2416 Brazos, and 3030 Pub will open sometime this fall in the space that once housed Opium Nightclub.
