Revival Butchery Demo; Free Drinks at Grand Prize

HEIGHTS— This coming Tuesday and Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m., Revival Market goes whole hog with its next Hog Butchery Demonstration. Chef de Cuisine Adam Dorris, lead butcher Andrew Vaserfirer, and owners, Ryan Pera and Morgan Weber will teach butchering skills, the history of pig breeds and the details behind quality pork.
