Former Hubbell & Hudson Partners Open Fielding's Wood Grill in The Woodlands

Fielding's Wood Grill is officially open to the public today (September 12). The Woodlands establishment had originally planned to have a September 4th opening with a big, early breakfast service. Those plans changed, and the owners, former Hubbell & Hudson partners Cary Attar and Edel Goncalves, have decided to open today and begin their breakfast service on September 23 with their "terrific coffee" and an early-bird opening hour of 6:30 a.m.

The 3,500-square-foot space boasts a sizable bar with an emphasis on craft beer. Goncalves and Attar say they will be serving up burgers, rotisserie chicken, house-cured bacon and "adult" milkshakes.
