Swamplot reports that after receiving an image of a warehouse demolition "across the street from the former Johnny Franks Auto Parts at the corner of Sawyer and Edwards St. in the First Ward," they also spotted renderings of an upcoming cafe on retail developer Lovett Commercial's website. It's still unclear whether this means that those plans will definitely be implemented, but it would be a nice addition to the First Ward. [Swamplot]
