Grub Street Lists Blacksmith Among the Nation's Extraordinary Coffee Shops

New York Magazine's food blog Grub Street is telling us what we already knew: the folks over at Blacksmith know about good coffee and good food. Grub Street put the Montrose coffee shop on their list of "58 Extraordinary Coffee Shops Around America," highlighting David Buehrer and Ecky Prabanto's Greenway Coffee retail store and that company's partnership with the Clumsy Butcher bar and restaurant group (the brains behind Anvil, Hay Merchant and Underbelly). Also mentioned in the description is Clumsy Butcher's culinary director, Erin Smith's food menu; Grub Street recommends the chef's scratch-made yogurt and Vietnamese steak and eggs. Noticeably missing? The highly addictive and completely-worth-every-calorie biscuit.
