Kata Robata's former pastry chef Chris Leung has been supplying local retailers with Cloud 10 Creamery's innovative flavor combinations, fresh ingredients and proven track record of serious dessert skills for a while now. This past weekend marked the soft opening of the dessert company's official store in the Rice Village, next door to recently opened Coppa Osteria. Leung's treats have been up for grabs at local shops including Hay Merchant , OKRA, Phamily Bites, MAX's Wine Dive, Paulie's, and Underbelly for a while now, so Leung already had a built-in audience. Leung and his culinary pro team, including Christine Au of Pass & Provisions fame and Mark Clayton offer several by-the-scoop flavors but will welcome flavor ideas for their rotating menu of flavors on their Site.
