12 Chefs Join Rebecca Masson for a Lucky Dog Benefit

The Sugar Hooker/Sugar Fairy Rebecca Masson is always working on a new and exciting, sugar-filled project. She's collaborated with breweries to create dessert pairings, she regularly supplies Revival Market with her treats and she's always happy to work for the pups. The eighth Lucky Dog benefit, which has become an annual phenomenon, might be the biggest of all. Twelve chefs will come together along with Masson and her friends Douglas Quint and Bryan Petroff of Big Gay Ice Cream to help raise money for a non-profit that provides rescue services and vet care to stray dogs. The event will be held at 5226 Elm, so it will likely be as stunning as Masson's colorful macarons.

Tickets can be purchased as a donation via the Lucky Dog site for $100 a piece; supply is limited to 150 guests, so you'll want to make sure and get yours soon. The event will be held on October 27 at 5 p.m.

If you notice a trend in this year's lineup, it might have something to do with the name for this October event: "You Can Take the Chef Off the Truck ... But Can you Take the Truck Out of the Chef?"
