brc.jpgHouston Chronicle's Greg Morago describes the recent menu changes at BRC. He writes: "Overall, the menu seems to have dialed up the funky/fun/luxe comfort thing that has made BRC popular. We like the menu items such as short-rib salad; grilled steak, tomato and blue cheese salad; seared foie gras burger with bacon jam and green garlic mayonnaise; macaroni and cheese laced with duck fat and foie gras; fish and chips with caper tartar sauce and slaw; and the gumbo of shrimp, crab, andouille and brisket served as a weekly special on Fridays."
