DOWNTOWN— Zagat Houston shares a menu highlight from downtown spot Fusion Taco, the chicken-fried oyster taco: "Three plump oysters coated in a heavy batter are wrapped in a corn tortilla and topped with a hot sauce full of that vinegar bite we love so much. It's usually served on a celery root slaw, but this time came with strips of romaine lettuce dressed in a creamy sauce.
