CultureMap reveals the freshly re-imagined Gratifi, which saw a number of dramatic changes after the Food Network's Restaurant Impossible came to town. The purpose of the show is to help ailing restaurants come back from the brink of closing, with host and chef Robert Irvine as the consultant. Apart from Gratifi's design makeover, the offerings have changed too. "Most importantly, Gratifi's unwieldy menu has been streamlined down from 20 burgers, sandwiches and full-size entrees to just seven items, plus a short list of appetizers and salads." [CultureMap]
