Chinese New Year Dance Party; KUU Preview

CITYCENTREGreg Morago offers a sneak peek at the dishes that will be on offer at upcoming CityCentre restaurant KUU. "KUU's entrees menu is divided between hot and cold plates." And there will also be "a full list of sushi and sashimi. One of the signature rolls is the KUU roll, made with lobster claw meat, tuna, avocado, edamame puree, Asian pear and yuzu zest."
