An opening date has officially been announced for one of Houston's most anticipated restaurant to open this fall. Located inside chic Hotel Sorella in CityCentre, Radio Milano is set to October 24th.
Departing from the Creole fare that Bistro Alex, the restaurant's first occupant served, Radio Milano's offers modern Italian cuisine. Jose Hernandez --former chef of Étoile and LaBalance-- leads the culinary team. The menu boasts pizzas, house-made pastas, prime meats and seafood dishes. Downstairs is where you'll find classic crafted cocktails. Radio Bar uses house made infusions and hand carved ice. The bar doubles as an Italian speakeasy, offering late night hours and entertainment.
This is the second venture from The RK Group. The San Antonio-based hospitality company first concept is Number 13 Prime Steak and Seafood in Galveston.
Radio Milano will be open for lunch and dinner, serving brunch on Sundays.
