Houston Restaurant Weeks Raises Big Bucks for Food Bank

Yesterday, local television personality and Houston Restaurant Weeks (HRW) founder Cleverley Stone announced this year's record breaking donations for HRW. The month-long dining fundraiser benefits Houston Food Bank, the largest food bank in the country. Stone presented a check to the local food bank in the amount of $1,600,162.25. The money raised will to generate 4,800,486 meals for Houstonians in need.
