Chipotle lovers, rejoice: The newest menu item rolls out to area locations on Monday, October 13. The vegan item consists of "organic shredded tofu braised with chipotle chiles, roasted poblano peppers and a blend of aromatic spices" and can be added to burritos, tacos, burrito bowls, and salads. It landed on menus in New York, Boston, and test cities earlier this year and will be a permanent fixture nationwide by the end of 2014. Here, the press release.
