On November 2nd, the San Antonio pop-up will be making a cameo in Houston for a Day of the Dead dinner hosted by Cafe TH. The a la carte menu, created by Chef Mara Serna and Chef partner Logan Jung, will be strongly influenced by ethnic Mexican cuisine and a nod to E'Chingon's fast and casual dining concept. Get there early as dishes will be available on a first come, first serve basis from 5 p.m. to 12 a.m. or until they sell out.
