Jason Kosmas Heads to Sanctuari for a Cocktail Pop-Up

Last week, Leslie Ross and Laurie Sheddan Harvey --also known as the Ladies of Libation -- celebrated the opening of their swanky cocktail bar inside Triniti, Sanctuari. Tonight, the opening festivities continue as the duo host bartender extraordinaire, Jason Kosmas. Komas is best known as the motivating force behind the classic cocktail movement in NewYork City. He also owns his own spirit company, The 86 Co.

The classic cocktail pioneer along with The 86 Co. brand ambassador Omar YeeFoon will turn the one-week-old bar into a mini version of his legendary Manhattan bar Employees Only. The one night pop-up will highlight tequila, gin, rum and other spirits from their line. The pop-up menu includes ten featured cocktails for $10 each. Like tequila? Go with the Border Crossing with Tequila Cabeza, absinthe and grapefruit bitters. Vodka? The Duck Duck Mule Aylesbury Duck vodka, red tea syrup, lemon and ginger beer may be your cup of tea. Doors open at 5 p.m.
