Another week, another closing. Swamplot reports this Friday will be the last to her bluesy tunes from The Boom Boom Room. Owner Jackie Harris tells the local real estate blog, "I just wish more people in the Heights would support live music and small businesses or it all goes away." While Harris will return to painting, her wine bar that doubled into a music venue for local artists is off the market. A well-known Heights and Montrose restauranteur — whose name wasn't revealed — will open a restaurant and bar "in the not-too-distant future."
