JohnMichael Lynch is the new executive chef at Hotel Granduca’s Ristorante Cavour. The Culinary Institute of America grad's career includes stints at Chevy Chase Club in Maryland where he served as executive chef and James Beard award-winning chef Jeffrey Buben's Bistro Bis in Washington, DC.
"[He] is a fantastic chef; very talented, very passionate... we are very fortunate to have him." said Jeremie Heng, manager of Ristorante Cavour in a statement. After taking over the kitchen reigns, Lynch has begun to redevelop the entire menu. The focus of the revamped menu will be Northern Italian fare with a seasonal approach, using produce that's locally sourced.
