Houston Chronicle reports Gun & Garden's John T. Edge has named Coltivare's simple yet complex dish — spaghetti tossed with freshly cracked tellicherry pepper, parmesan and olive oil — Cacio e Pepe among his "Top Ten Dishes of the Year." Executive chef Ryan Pera and Morgan Webber continue to command the year's best-of lists receiving nods from Bon Appétit, Thrillist and more recently, best restaurant and chef of the year in this year's Eater Awards. Look for Coltivare and the other nine dishes featured next week when the December and January issue hits newsstands.
