Here's a look at the new sign for Gino's East, the Chicago pizzeria franchisee ATX Brands is bringing to Texas. Known for its deep dish pies, the chain is on track to open its first Lone Star state location in The Woodlands. Taking over the former ATX Brands concept, Bikinis Sports Bar & Grill at 25657 Interstate 45, Gino's East is expected to open to the public December 11.

Fans of the deep dish pizza chain can look forward to the Meaty Legend Pizza, Chicago Fire Pizza and Gino's East Specialty Patty-Style Sausage Pizza. The menu will also tailor to Texas with barbecue menu offerings not available in Chicago.

A second Gino's East pizzeria is scheduled to open next year in Willowbrook, with locations in Austin, Dallas and San Antonio to follow. Also coming to Houston is Giordano's, another Chicago pizza favorite currently looking for locations.
