John Rigg interviews Joel Eliaz and Beatriz Acosta, in the latest issue of Sugar Land and Missouri City's Community Impact. Eliaz, an international chef and chocolatier opened the bakery in 2013 with Acosta, his niece. Both are working towards filling the void of gluten-free items that taste as good as their gluten counterparts. "We try to provide items we know everyone will like...We hear kids say to their parents when they come in, ‘Can I really have anything here?' and that makes us very proud of what we are doing."
