It seems like Chef Kevin Naderi's Roost opened a lifetime ago, but it's only been three short years. Instead of throwing a party to mark the milestone, Roost is celebrating by offering its beloved fried cauliflower for $3 through December 17. Regularly priced at $9, it's roasted cauliflower that's fried, dressed in creamy miso and topped with pine nuts, scallions and bonito flakes.
