The local burrito chain formerly known as Mission Burrito unveiled their new name and logo in an email this morning. Now going by the name Überrito Mexican Grill, the restaurant's mailer included this announcement to customers: "With burritos this big, we had to change our name". That's partly true. Überrito was forced to change its name after losing a trademark lawsuit against Gruma Corporation, the maker of Mission Brand Tortillas earlier this year.
