1) EaDo: Sister cafe to Sweet in CityCentre, Tout Suite hopes to open in March. In addition to macarons and baked goods, look for savory fare like soups, salads, and sandwiches made on Slow Dough bread, plus Greenway Coffee. 2001 Commerce.
2) Kemah: The third location of Hubcap Grill will start serving its signature burgers in mid-April. There will be a second window just for serving craft beer and a big deck. 800 Bradford Ave, Kemah.
3) Switcheroos: The new spot from Bocados owners Terry Flores and Lily Hernandes, Red Ox Bar & Grill is set to open in the next six to eight weeks— before the end of March. Expect old favorites and new menu items like burgers and seafood. 811 Collingsworth Street.
