Locals have proven that they'll travel far and wide for brisket and ribs from CorkScrew, Gatlin's and Killen's, but in a few months, all of those meat meccas will unite at Reliant Park. This year's Houston Barbecue Festival is April 6 and will include all of those 'cue joints plus several more, like newcomer and Underbelly line cook Patrick Feges' Feges BBQ.
