A guest writer for local food blog H-Town Chown Down wrote a less-than-favorable review of the critically acclaimed Oxheart, and chef/owner Justin Yu responded. The writer's wife and dining partner called it a "glorified Souper Salad" and compared one of the courses to a dish from Olive Garden. As for Yu, the young chef offered a classy response on Twitter: "Everyone has preferences and I don't think I cook in a way to meet his." [H-Town Chow Down/Twitter]
