Houston staple Three Brothers Bakery will do something we don't see too often in Houston: It will open its new location well ahead of schedule. Bars and restaurants often face unexpected delays due to permits or construction, and Three Brothers co-owner Bobby Jucker had originally been anticipating a November opening date. Instead, the 65-year-old institution will open its third Houston-area location on Washington Avenue Monday, March 3. The new location will offer a coffee program and a station where patrons will be able to create made-to-order cake parfaits by choosing fillings, icings, cookie crumbles and bakery cakes. This location will also feature a cake decorating demonstration area, dog-friendly patio, and the same gourmet dog treats that have been immensely successful at the Memorial location.
