It looks like downtown is about to receive a "new restaurant from Arena Theater chef Mark Latigue, featuring 'Creole, Cuban and Caribbean' Cuisine," according to Swamplot. Some signs on the door of the space that formerly housed Red Lantern Vietnamese restaurant show that the chef, who is also known for his catering company, is planning to set up his first establishment here.
